Whipped Up Recipes is a recipe site. In this version, the information you enter stays in your browser. We do not run an account system, and we do not sell personal information.

What is stored on your device

Saved recipes, collections, search terms, recipe views, shares, newsletter email, contact form notes, and ad-slot visibility are written to local storage on this device. Clearing site data removes them. Ad-slot visibility is not a revenue report.

What we do not do

We do not require an email to read a recipe. We do not invent analytics dashboards of other people’s behavior. Engagement you see on the homepage is calculated from activity in this browser.

Newsletter and contact

If you join the list or send a contact note, that text is saved locally so the form can confirm it. A mail provider is not connected yet, so those messages are not delivered to an inbox.

Future accounts

If accounts are added, this policy will be updated before any personal data is sent to a server. Saves are structured so they can move with an account later.

Advertising

Advertisement slots are labeled and reserved. No advertising script loads until an ad network is connected, and this site does not invent impression totals or revenue. If a network is added, this policy will name it before any third-party ad cookies are used. Slot visibility can be recorded on this device so a future network can be measured. That record is not a bill and it is not a public statistic.

Children

The site is written for home cooks, not for children under 13.
